Criticism of John McCain

Hope you guys don't mind me getting back to politics.  I'm surprised that one of you didn't comment about the comments made by Retired General Wesley Clark about John McCain's qualifications to be President.
I don't know about you, but I found the comments to be totally without merit and politically motivated.  To say that McCain's service does not qualify him and that a President needs judgment, "not merely courage and character"  is so far off base, it is frightening.  It's as if the only thing that McCain is running on is his military service and not his many years of dedicated, principled public service.  You might not agree with everything McCain says and does, and that is certainly the things that voters will look at.  But courage and character are very important.  Just thought I would comment on this.
