You know, Gneiss, I like what you said about courage.  We should write some more of these as it does help define the characteristics that we are espousing.  On a different subject, did any of you happen to hear about former NFL linebacker Buddy Curry and former Atlanta Falcons teammate Bobby Butler and the unique youth football camp they run?  "We teach football fundamentals and we teach character traits," Curry said.  "Each day we feature a character principle and we have five principles we've targeted - sportsmanship, integrity, excellence, perseverance and team work."  The camp is named Kids & Pros and the two former players have a number of retired NFL stars working with them including Ken Oxendine, Jeremy Phillips, Kenny Lewis, Ferrell Edmunds and Donald Smith.  "Really, anybody can run a camp," added Curry. "But what differentiates us is that we have retired NFL players that are passionate about coaching kids - and these are high character guys that will speak to the kids and share a good message."  This is the kind of stuff I like to hear.  How about a couple of you guys doing some quotes like Gneiss did about sportsmanship, integrity, excellence, perseverance and team work.  OK.
